Working with female and male leaders in businesses. Creating awareness/change on gender-gap issue. Women should NOT learn masculine strategies to become successful. Businesses should embrace the feminine too, to thrive

If you were given a Ted Talk, what would the topic be?
The topic I would be speaking about is how so few people understand that doing business is much more difficult for women than men. How leadership is so much more difficult for women than for men. In my opinion, the reason is that men have some traits that are more natural to them, which women lack initially.

The good news is women can learn the skills such as:

  • having focus
  • being financially oriented
  • thinking strategically
  • positioning themselves
  • selling themselves

And if all those skills are done the feminine way,

  • with using their intuition
  • sense of creating harmony
  • collaboration

Women will become unstoppable when they learn skills, but more important is that they start to step out of their shadows.
Women entertain a sense of insecurity too much. Men have it, too; they ignore it and do it.
How do I know? Because that is what I copied from them. I have been working with men most of my life, except for the past 11 years when I started learning about feminine skills and traits.

When women stop entertaining their insecurity and learn to trust the unknown, they become unstoppable and will create a lot of impacts.

I created a webinar around this topic, which is free. It is so free that I am not even asking for your email address. Because that is what belief is the feminine way of promoting.
Giving from the heart and not using all the online marketing stuff to grow your email list to be able to send emails. It has never worked for me, and I have an email list.

So if you are interested in the webinar, click here.
